Scholarships awarded

Ingrid Feely (center), an employee of the Columbia County Board of Education's Human Resources Department, received the annual Margaret Rodgers Scholarship Award, which helps noneducators continue their education and is named in memory of the longtime school system employee. With Feely are Rodgers' son and daughter, Tom Rodgers and Eloise Hancock.
