Paula and her husband, Alan, criss-crossed China this summer for two weeks visiting the Great Wall, the Terre Cotta Warrior excavation, the Forbidden City, and the cities of Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Mac and Elizabeth Copeland recently returned from a visit to several Western states where they climbed to the top of Cathedral Peak in Sedona, Ariz. The last .7 mile was slick rock on a 45-degree angle. The view from the top was spectacular. After spending a week hiking around the area they continued on to four national parks and three national monuments: Mesa Verde, Great Sand Dunes, Petrified Forest and Carlsbad Caverns.
Jessica and A.J. Osborne and their children Kayleigh and Kevin, who attend Riverside Middle School, visited Puerto Rico in June. Here they are in an old Spanish Fort called El Morro in the town of Old San Juan. They also toured/snorkeled some small islands, including the tiny island Palaminoto, which was featured at the end of Pirates of the Caribbean 4. Their apartment view included the jungle of El Yunque and the Carribean ocean.
