Family Fun Fest: 6-8 p.m. today at The Sanctuary, 4584 Cox Road, Evans. Age 4-12. Trunk-or-treat, games, rides and refreshments. Costumes encouraged.
Trick or Treat So Others Can Eat: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday at Patriots Park gymnasium, 5445 Columbia Road, Grovetown. Admission is one canned food item.
Spook-tacular Carnival: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at Augusta Common. Battle of the cheerleaders at 1 p.m. Children’s games and activities, entertainment, vendors, refreshments and a raffle. Admission is free; activities cost 50 cents each. Proceeds aid the Christian Giles Scholarship Fund.
Gospel Water Branch Baptist Church Fall Carnival: 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the church, 703 Furys Ferry Road, Evans. Inflatables, games, face-painting, food, Bible Bowl and a Bible character costume contest. Free.
Trunks of Treats: 6-9 p.m. Saturday at Harlem United Methodist Church, 115 Milledgeville Road. Hay rides, face-painting, cake walks, inflatables, games, and adult and children costume contests at 7 p.m. Free.
Fall Festival: Begins at 7 p.m. Saturday at Augusta Seventh-Day Adventist School, 4301 Wheeler Road. Games and food. Free.
Nightmare Plantation Haunted Mansion: Begins at 7 p.m. Saturday at 1110 Dodge Lane, Grovetown. Tickets cost $30 and include a meal, alcoholic drink or soda and haunted tour.
