Posted: October 19, 2011 - 9:45am  |  Updated: October 20, 2011 - 7:29am

If you haven't yet had a flu shot, Columbia County's Health Department has just two more walk-in clinics remaining.

The clinics, with shots and mist available for vaccinations against A/H1N1 influenza and A/H3N2 influenza, will be held at the new Columbia County Health Department at 1930 William Few Parkway in Grovetown.

Today's clinic opened at 8 a.m. and runs until 7 p.m.; the final clinic Friday will be from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

Shots cost $25; mist costs $35. The high-dose vaccine for ages 65-older costs $45. Cash or checks are accepted, and patients should bring proof of insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Peach Care or United Health SHBP.

For more information, call the Health Department at (706) 868-3330.
