The Lakeside High School lineman recovered two fumbles and scored a defensive touchdown in Team Georgia’s 24-10 win over Team South Carolina in the inaugural Border Bowl on Sunday.
Georgia forced five turnovers in the win.
“I scored a touchdown my freshman year on JV, a 98-yard pick-six,” said White, who was named Georgia’s defensive player of the game.
“I thought that, being on the D-line, that my glory days of scoring were over.”
