Community Connections seeks alcohol survey-takers   05/27/12 - 12:00am

A Columbia County agency wants residents’ opinions about alcohol in an effort to prevent underage drinking.

Columbia County Community Connections is asking residents of six local ZIP codes – 30809, 30909, 30907, 30813, 30814 and 30802 – to take a short survey.

Paige Miller, Community Connections director of Planned Giving, said she’s working with the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health, Development and Disabilities to collect about 2,600 surveys before June 20.

Surveys are developed for three age groups – ages 9-17, 18-25 and 26 and over.
