Greenbrier broke out the bats Friday night at Grovetown.
The Wolfpack battered Grovetown pitching for 10 hits, five of which went for extra bases, as they beat the Warriors 9-1.
Among the extra-base hits was a monster two-run homer over the right-field fence by Adam Sasser and a solo shot to dead center by Clint Hardy.
"We hit a couple of big home runs when we needed to and sometimes you've got to do that," said Greenbrier head coach Chris Wilkins.

With her opponent down a player, Lady Bulldogs head coach Rebekkah Bullard decided to level the playing field Tuesday night.
While the Lady Bulldogs started the game with 10 players to match AR Johnson, they were still too much for the Lady Panthers to handle, winning 7-0.
"Sportsmanship is important," said Bullard on why she started 10.

With 3:27 left to play in Grovetown's season-opening soccer match, Joe Dauda's night was done.
Dauda's early exit was well-earned as he scored four goals while leading the Warriors to a 5-2 win over Hephzibah Friday night.
"He's a great player who's really grown the past three years," said Warriors head coach Glenn Vaught of his striker. "He's got good explosiveness and he plays in space perfectly."

In front of a raucous, packed house, both Grovetown basketball teams did not disappoint Friday night.
Squaring off against former region foe Harlem, the Lady Warriors led off with a 58-21 win. Then with the crowd roaring from the opening tip, the Warriors snapped its three-game losing streak, holding off the Bulldogs 59-51 in the nightcap.
The Warriors (2-3) jumped out to a 17-9 first-period lead and then responded each time the Bulldogs (2-2) made a charge.
