Nearby homeowners must endure noise from new park   11/23/11 - 4:39am

I read with great amusement Barry Paschal’s glowing tribute to the new county park (column, Nov. 2, “Yes, park is in our back yard.”).

Obviously he does not live within 3 miles of it.

Unfortunately, we live on the other side of Washington Road (yes, this is a residential area if anyone forgot because of the loud, smelly and extremely well-lit parking lots blocking the view).
