John Henderson won the pole for the $2,000 Crate Late Model race Saturday at Gordon Park Speedway. Brian Ligon grabbed the lead from the start and held on until eight laps to go, when Gib Gibbons took the lead and went on to win. Ligon finished second and Branden Yawn third.

Mike Cauley qualified at 15.696 to start on the pole and led the field of Super Street racers to win his first race of the 2012 race season, ahead of Chris Shaw and Bobby Drawdy.
