Police warrants say a teenager charged with fatally shooting a baby in the face in coastal Georgia had bullets in his pants pocket when he was arrested a day later.
Three people died when a passenger train smashed into a car as it moved over railroad tracks at a darkened, unprotected crossing in northern Georgia, a sheriff said Saturday.
